Delete ENNXA account

To request deletion of your ENNXA mobile app account, send an email from your registered account email to sales@ennxa.com with the subject ENNXA Account Deletion Request.

What happens next

• We verify the request with the account owner or the responsible organization administrator.
• We remove or deactivate app access and associated personal profile data where deletion is permitted.
• Some attendance, payroll, audit, billing, or legal records may be retained when required by contract, employer policy, tax, labor, or legal obligations.
• Requests are normally processed within 30 days after successful verification.

If your ENNXA account is managed by your employer, your organization administrator may also need to approve or complete the deletion process.
