In most customer deployments, the employer or organization using ENNXA controls the employee data stored in the platform, and ENNXA acts as a service provider or processor.

- Account and contact details such as name, work email, phone number, company name, and role.
- Employee profile information such as employee ID, department, job title, contracts, documents, and work history.

- Leave, request, approval, payroll, payslip, benefit, deduction, and HR workflow data.
